• Recorded remotely on Riverside; you’ll get a link after booking. All you need is a laptop, headphones, decent wifi, and a quiet spot.
• Plan for about 30–45 minutes.
• You’ll answer the “grip hands” question left by the classmate before you, then leave one of your own for the next.
